April 1985 saw the release of Tamiya’s first 4WD buggy.  An instant hit and the start of a long legacy, the Hotshot is a true classic.  Perhaps as a nod to the Hotshot’s importance, the model has been given a re-release with hardly any updates to its vintage predecessor.
