What was your first RC Car?: 1 year, 11 months agoAnnoyingly NO. I sold it years ago to a friend for £25. It was a Tamiya Sand Rover that was bought for me in 1983. TOP TIPS!: 1 year, 11 months agoBecause my son and I race the same vehicles at the same meetings I’m having to look at ways of saving money and at the same time being effective. Sooo….Instead of buying 2 chassis covers/protectors for our Blitz’s I did a bit of brainstorming….which didn’t take long let me tell you!

There were a few youngsters at this meeting, the 2 brothers sat with my lad were both in the C Final, the eldest actually finished 3rd. They were awesome, and definitely ones to look out for in the future!
I think there was an equal mix of Hpi Blitz and SC10′s and at least one of every other short course truck on the market. Some were good some…[Read more] -

Llittle things that make all the diffrence like various holes to set camber, upper & lower shock mounting points, threaded shocks, changeable front hubs to alter caster angle, different rear blocks to adjust toe-in, even the front & rear body mounts have lots of holes to adjust the height of your body. Gary, this looks ace and so good that the youngsters are involved too. Which, would you say, is the most popular Truck at your club? Events section coming very soon to Iconic RC, but if you wanted to start a group, get some mates on etc, there’s a forum section and room for lots of photos. J

Yep, it’s always the way. You’re having a clear out and you think… nope, I don’t do toys anymore. Couple of months later something reminds you of your original car and the new addition starts.
